 GLOBAL KOREA SCHOLARSHIP (GKS)

The Global Korea Scholarship (GKS), previously known as the Korean Government Scholarship Program (KGSP), is an initiative by the South Korean government to promote international exchange and enhance global ties through higher education. The GKS provides full scholarships to international students to pursue undergraduate or graduate degrees at  prestigious Korean universities. This scholarship covers tuition fees, living expenses, airfare, and other allowances, enabling students to focus entirely on their studies. Beyond financial support, the GKS allows recipients to immerse themselves in Korean culture, language, and innovation, while also offering a platform for students to build global networks and contribute to Korea's growing international presence in research and academia.
